Any ideas as to maker or time-frame?
| This is obviously a variant of Moon & Stars. It
is not Kemple, Smith, Wright, or Adams to my knowledge. The
difference is the stars stick out rather than impressed. And it is
a 3 part mold and the stem is ribbed. It does glow yellowish under
a black light. It measures 6 inches tall. The photos are
